Mia is a talent management professional with experience across markets in Australia, Northern Europe and Nordics.

Prior to co-founding nectō consulting she sat on country and regional leadership teams advising and driving initiatives within talent attraction, engagement and development.

Her most recent career was spent in one of the world's largest HR and talent services companies, driving cross-functional talent transformation and development projects on group level in the Nordic countries. Prior to that she spent 3 years with a privately held global tech company, developing and implementing talent attraction and talent acquisition processes. She is certified in SHLs psychometric assessments and in neuro-linguistic programming coaching methods. 

With over 13 years working with talent, her focus now lies in leadership development, future talent identification and modern ways of working.

She believes in speaking your mind and using data to create sustainable change. 

Ida has spent over 7 years in different HR positions. Her background stems from recruiting and managing hundreds of associates in the pedagogical industry in Norway to leading cultural change internationally, in one of the world's largest HR and talent services organisations. 

In her most recent years, she has focused on delivering sustainable people initiatives to employees in the Nordic market. Ida is a skilled training facilitator and an engaging presenter, she has developed and led various training programs focused on transformation journeys within culture, leadership, diversity and inclusion. She is certified in Assessio’s psychometric assessments. From working cross-functionally to local to international, her specialty is in driving initiatives within organizational culture, leadership and talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. 

Ida thrives when given the opportunity to question stated truths, evolve ideas into action, inspire others and help people reach their full potential. She believes that one should never underestimate the power of a smile.
